Terms and Conditions  

1. Elite Pawfection reserve the right to groom any dog for the safety of the groomer and the dog. You agree prior to grooming that you will inform us if the dog has bitten or has aggressive tendencies.  You understand you will be liable for all bites caused by your dog. 
2. Elite Pawfection will take complete care to ensure the health and safety of your dog, however Elite Pawfection will not be liable for any pre-existing conditions or problems found during the grooming process.  Advice given by Elite Pawfection regarding your dog should be checked out by a vet. 
3. Missed Appointment and Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of your normal grooming charge. 
4. If you do not collect your dog at the agreed time you may incur extra charges as this could potentially have an effect on other customers. 
5. Ensure your dog is free from fleas. If fleas are found, grooming will stop, you will be responsible for costs incurred for fumigation & loss of earnings. 
6. If the need to clip down/remove matted hair is necessary you are to be aware that irritation to your dog can occur.  Matts occur tight to the skin so a clip down may be necessary, this is seen as the most humane method, it is the least stressful and fastest way to groom your dog.  Elite Pawfection will make the final decision based on the dogs  situation.
7.  Elite Pawfection will not be held liable for any grooming/after effects of a badly matted/neglected coat.  You are to be aware there maybe extra costs due to the extra time involved in ensuring your dog is kept comfortable and safe during this process.
